I've gone riding a few times in here in Malta and despite the heat its been unreal. When I was in China George alerted me to this spot below which he saw in ride UK. They are natural sandstone cliffs on the coast of Gozo (one of the Maltese Islands) and let me tell you they are unbelievably fun. They're really smooth it's almost like somebody shaped them to be ridden. How about that? Dave enjoying a spot with out using pegs at all haha
Big thanks to cousin Rita for taking me here...
This particular part with the 'No BBQ' sign on it is one the funnest transitions i've ever ridden...
They also have a really fun and quite large street plaza which is the main hangout for locals...
Energy drink, Maltese style haha it tastes pretty similar to red bull but for only 1 Euro you can't really complain.
They have a Dirt jump set up at the Pembroke BMX track which is cool...
I was lucky enough to attend the jam they had there too...
Bunny hop comp was fun I managed to make the top 5 but God damn some of these kids can hop high, haha
I would like to thank ALL my Maltese family members who really took care of us especially Rita and I would also like to thank the local riders who treated me like one of their own and showed me such a great time. If any of you are reading this I leave on sunday so i'll drop by Subway one last time to say goodbye before then. If any of you ever come to Australia please contact me. Also, a special waste the tape Malta web edit will drop some time soon when I get a chance to do some editing. Grazzi!
